The corporate philosophy of BODO is the Concept: „BODO makes hard work easy”. After Sales Service is a core element of the „BODO Corporate Philosophy”.
This signifies, that:
- Spare parts can be delivered in 24 hours;
- Adequate substitute equipment made available for a maximum of 48 hours of downtime.
We at BODO guarantee the quality of our nationwide network of service stations (on a regional basis) so that our equipment is ready for use within the shortest possible time on your building construction site.
Supplies of spare parts are ensured from the BODO 30,000-item inventory warehouse in Germany for SANY Components. Many standard components, in fact originate from Europe. These components are by no means just licensed remakes. Rapid supply is also here ensured. DEUTZ, CUMMINS, SIEMENS und REXROTH are just a few of the well known supplier names to the SANY Group.
In addition, an international SANY EUROPE Spare Parts Warehouse is under construction in Belgium, which will be completed by 2007 to 2008. This European facility will be able to stock an inventory of some 300,000 items. An online service is also to be set up by the end of 2007. Our customers will then be able to call up the latest status of spare parts, for example as well as any additional technical information on SANY equipment, online.
All the BODO Technicians of our Specialist Motor-Vehicle Department, as also the technicians of our BODO Service Stations, are professionally trained. We also, of course operate our own comprehensively equipped service vehicles. In addition, engineers as well as other personnel members of the SANY Group are permanently stationed in Bornhoeved; Germany in order to provide all round customer services and ongoing training facilities.
Prospective customers have the possibility of convincing themselves of the quality of our building-construction equipment on the SANY Group premises or directly on a building construction site.
