About BODO

Bodo Gaevert founded his trading business in 1993 trading under the name of Gaevert Nutz- & Baufahrzeuge (Commercial Heavy Goods Vehicles and Building-Construction Equipment) in Bornhoeved, in the German Federal State of Schleswig-Holstein, just outside of Hamburg. The growth in business relationships since 1993, with a trading partner network in over 100 countries of the world, made it necessary for the Gaevert business to adopt a new trading position in 2005, in order to be able to address national and global demand. The business was incorporated into two companies, BODO GLOBAL GmbH & Co. KG (an incorporated limited partnership type of corporation) for the new vehicles and equipment division and BODO GmbH & Co. KG (also an incorporated limited partnership type of corporation) for the used- and second-hand market. A subsidiary company was set up in Poznan, Poland in 2006. BODO POLSKA Sp. z o.o. also trades mainly in the new equipment market.

Our core business:
The marketing of building construction equipment, service equipment for local authorities, agricultural machinery as well as commercial heavy goods vehicles. BODO has an inventory of continuously changing new and used equipment, which is available for inspection at the 35,000 square meters of premises in Bornhoeved, Germany.
